Just had my new Avon Storm rear broke in. Hop off the bike and walk towards the back........see what looks like the head of an aluminum nail right in the center of the tire.

I lean over to pick at it hoping its just a rock or something........nope, it's a freakin nail in my new skins.

Dude, 2nd damn nail in 7 or 8 months. I can't take this

So to everyone that's overdue, I took this nail for U bro.

I thought Avons have road hazard with them?? You might want to check into that... could get yourself a new tire out of it... better than plugging it anyway.

Hey, appreciate that tip. I'm reading the same thing on the net. Just emailed Competition Accessories where I bought it mail order to see if they can do anything.

Thanks for taking the nail on the head, but too late. I had 10 miles on a new tire and picked up a nail. Plugged it for about 10 more miles and put on a new set. Really p's ya off.
