Home Depot has Husky torque wrench for a good price. Been sometime since I looked but they were like $<s>50</s> everyday.
Just looked up the Husky. Price is up to $69. Sorry

It might be ok for lighter torques but as soon as you need to put a little mustard on the bar, it would be hard to control due to distance from nut to ratchet bar..

Similar to when a 3" extension is needed with a torque wrench, counter pressure with the palm at the ratchet head works wonders. Pretty cool gadget!
