Additional Cooling

Fellow Busa Riders,
Somewhere on this enourmous website there has got to be some followup infomation on the addition of another cooling fan to the Busa Radiator with instructions / details, and more information about how the wrapped headers did on the long haul.  Does anyone know the link to this information.  Any information would be greatly appreciated.

I know that using a Muzzy replacement fan works as well as adding a manual switch to the fan control. There are also coolant and oil additives that work for dropping the temp some.

I've heard the Header wrap really does help, but haven't tried myself.

Hey I have header wrap on mine as well as run engine ice. I've got pics of the wrapped headers online as well. If you need help wrapping them let me know and i will give ou a hand. As for the additional fan I'll b adding one to mine sometime next week so i'll write the how tos down as i do nd ake some pics as wel

Thermostat mod --- Doesn't that lie to you?? As I understand it it changes thereading on the dail but doesn't lower the water/engine temp. Therefore you are riding around on your bike thinking its fine when in actuality its overheating and running hot. Sounds dangerous to me and bad for the bike
