After the ride with Roberto

Sorry forgot to say this on my other post. After Roberto left my bud and I dropped off his girl and decided to practice our weelies. We found a great secluded spot and had at it. He is progressing much faster than I however im getting the hang of it. Ive discovered a few things. First you have to really hammer it at about 4.5-6K in first. This takes some balls cause the bike reacts so fast it almost bucks you off. My friend said it best when he said " Its awesome, cause when you drop the hammer your whole bike surges like its flexing its muscles" It takes alot of practice but Im working on it. Also found out your testicles have a tendency to "fly" forward when you set the front down too hard. The laws of Physics say when something is in the way (IE..your tank) it will slow down....they did...I took a brief break after that...ride safe guys....James

TJQ94 - Hi James, sure had a great time riding with you and your friend Rob on his ZX-9r. It was great going up and down Mount Lemon, specially the twisties. Just wish I had more time to spend out there in Tucson. Let's see next Saturday what happens. Say hello to Rob and Jodi when you see them.

918rider - Hi Brian, it was a pleasure meeting you and your family. Thank you very much for showing up and riding with me half way to Tucson. It was big surprize when I came back to Phoenix and hooked up with you again at the PAVILION.

Squid Vicious - Hi Cesar, thanks for introducing me to the Mill Ave. riders and for that wild ride all around the airport. You have a great bunch of people and you as "Leader of the Pack" can sure ride the sh*t out of that BUSA !!!! I know with you at the helm of your BUSA we can't loose.

Bob Judge, big papa, Tom McQueen still looking forward to meeting all of you before I have to go back to Maimi. Let's see who can make it this Saturday to Denny's at Country Club and HWY 60 for a ride?

Bob

Hey Bob I'll be there for sure.
I'll try to make it there as early as possible so we can leave by 9:00 AM.
Look forward to meeting you.

Roberto thanks for the heads up on the Nokia 6160 phone,I bought two phones, one for my wife and the other one to carry with me on my Hayabusa.Got a great deal from my company service plan,150 anytime minutes and either 1,000 after peak minutes or voice/email service. We took the email service and everything goes through CellularOne/ATT which is going to cost me $99 for each phone and $29.99/month for my wife's phone and $9.99 a month for my phone. My phone I have to pay 20 cents per minute if I use it except 911 calls free.Wish I could make it to Laughin River Spring Run but it does not look good for now.If you guys/gals go you might be able to hookup with VegasDude since he lives close to Laughin. The Confederate Motorcycle Company will be in Laughin also,go check them out,say Hi to Marice and Hector for me if you're their also make sure to buy your T-shirts accross the river on the AZ side near the airport they are cheaper there and if you like some killer T-shirts the Edgewater has some of the best looking ones for the River run but you have to buy them either Thursday afternoon or Friday morning cause they sell out fast. The prime rib at the EdgeWater is cheap I think it was $4.50 or $5.50 when I went there. My friend Maldonado might also be there,he is one of the most radical bike builder from L.A area and his family comes from Hawaii also,go check him out if he's there,he usually has his Harley in the custom bike show and he remembers me and my wife from the last time he was at the TuckerRocky office in Sunnyvale.Anyways have a great time and ride safe.
