Airbox mod

I installed a pc and tre, full exhaust, -1 front sprocket, k&n filter and my air box has just had the flapper taken out, If I cut out the center of the airbox like the airbox mod shows and plug the vac hose from the bottom of it ,will I have to get my pc re mapped

It will probably run ok, but if it is tuned, you will notice a difference. JMO
