dont remember exactly what they are called sorry. i was wondering i know they put two long in for torque and two short for topend at least this is what i think i know. what would happen if i put four long ones in cause i love torque. ive heard to put four short ones in for topend speed so is my thinking correct? by the way if i go with four long ones how much am i hurting my topend power? thank you

I think you might be talking about velocity stacks...

i'm curious about the velocity stacks myself, does anyone know much about them and if they work?

Lots of debate back and forth. The bottm line is they are best as is for all around use.

There are a couple threads floating around over time you can look up.

The response is split on those. Answers range from snake oil to super-cool awesome-best-mod-ever.

If you are on the Pro side of the debate, the buy now is here & I'll get you out a set.

My sons bike came with aftermarket velocity stacks installed inside the airbox but I'm quite sure they were all the same length.

I can tell you they are something else trying to install correctly seated!
