Akrapovic.....then what?

I have a new Akrapovic system, but before I install it,should I get a PC2 or what?

If so, will the airbox mod (just the filter area has been removed) affect the performance? or will a PC2 solve any problems?

adding a BMC filter or Motorhead's specially made air filter cum air box plus a power commander would only enhance the performance of your Akrapovic exhaust ... u'll be able to set specifically what power gains u want ... i.e pick up/mid range/ top end. Installing the pipe alone only gives ya about 5-6 hp more ... there are a few posts somewhere in here regarding Dyno results for various pipes used on the Busa.
