I don't know what to do so far as gearing, I've been wanting nos for a while, but instead i'm thinking of gearing, I've got a one up in the front that I've had for a year and never put it on, what will the change be like and is it worth it? Thanks for the info early. This board is wonderful.

I thinkyou mean one down 16t in the front. That should add a lot more grunt starting out and put you in your powerband earlier. I'm doing the same thing but mine is for drag racing. If you do a search for gearing in the mods section u will find a lot of info.

Okk -1 in the front means easier wheelies starting from a lower RPM. Faster acceleration with less top end.
My storry as follows.
My bud Andy, bought a set of Yoshi drop in cams, a grand installed, dynoed it, he had 11 more HP than I did. We did a roll on, he smoked me.
I installed 16t sprocket, we did roll on, I pulled on him all threw second gear. Third gear he started catching up. Didnt pass me until the top of 4th.
Basically that cam had to stretch its legs real good to take down a 20 dollar sprocket. Pretty funny huh?
He was not happy to say the least.
So then he went to 16 tooth.
I dropped to 16/42, didnt hold up as well as I did the first time. About neck N neck in 2nd, but would pull away in 3rd, just get farther in 4th.

Gearing is a very very cool thing to do to change you bike, and its cheep!

Oh yeah and we did multiple roll ons for fun, This wasn't the one time, i beat him story. We are friends and were just testing things out. He has been riding for probably 12 years, me 8 years.
