The scooter has been torn apart for a little over a month now for cleaning and trying to figure out how best to repair it from the accident last fall. I've had many paint estimates and just about decided to go with a custom job because of the price. I decided against that because of my color matched helmet. Smart move there.
I decided to replace the pieces that got banged up. The new gas tank and radiator went on a couple of days ago and at least she is running now. I have the plastics on order and should be here this week, so I should be back on the road next weekend. That is if I can remember where all of the parts I took off go. Just hope I don't finish with a few extras. Pictures will follow when she is put back together.
