That is old skool, hood style shid. Everyone had a "Cereal Bowl". I had one once, then I think my dad or sister ate some pinto beans or chili in my dayum bowl. It was never the same.
Nothing like fuggin up the taste of a brother's Captain Crunch with the Crunch Berries !!

Might wanna hook a jug of that protein shid to an IV bag if your thinkn of loosen anything anytime soon.No bowl... I drink a protein shake it the AM, gotta start workin out before the bash, lose some weight.
