I think someone with some machining skills needs to make a 1000CC V8 for their go carts. Shouldn't be too hard. Motorcycle pistons are plentiful shouldn't be too hard. Hell build it right and you could probably have 200-300hp at 12000RPMs...

Or hell use modified 50cc pistons and make a 400cc V8 that revs to 17000... Heck it would sound like a little mini F1 motor.

Seriously though, I wonder what kind of HP a 103cc v-8 makes? I posted awhile back about a guy making scale model Cobras with functional v-8s that you could take out and drive... Would be fun.
