Black fella has a condition termed exopthalmous, Barbara bush also has this, it occurs quite commonly with hyperthyroidism (Grave's DZ)
White fella appears to have Ehlers-Danlos syndrome, connective tissue disorder resulting in hyperextensibility of the skin and joints.
The cat is just being a cat!
