Angled valve stems

This is NOT a good deal, just letting you guys know. I just looked them up in my parts film, if they are the same ones I looked at, they retail for $11

You don't want those cheap bastids. They are simply an angled valve stem extension.

these are the ones you want. First class and sweet! I have them on all my bikes. Charles is a member on here and a great guy to do business with.

Cheap? Not the price, for sure. And I realize they're extensions. Not wanting to change the actual stems this looked like a pretty good set up, except for the price like I said. And your link is an email addy. Are you referring to curved valve stems that require a tire removal to install? Don't want those. Just thought someone might be interested...

I would not add any weight to the factory rubber stem.
Replace with metal stem.

CBX, I understand your position, however let me add my thoughts. Adding this extension for the sole purpose of checking and filling (then removing) is fine. Adding it and keeping it on there will rip your stock stem out of wheel at time vs speed. Good luck.

Thanks Steven, Rock and Greg.

From the website I listed,

"Do not leave these valve stems on your wheels. it is for filling up only! Makes checking tire pressure much easier."

My intentions exactly, although getting it on the front, between those rotors, and then back off, may be more trouble than they're worth.

Thanks for all the (looking out) for me! BTW, the BMW rider I saw them on keeps his on the rear...but it only spins as fast as a...BMW spins!

The valve stems you get from Charlie "Cat3" are really sweet. I must have purchased a dozen sets from him. I have them on all my bikes, our race bikes along with many of our friends. If you are going to buy angle stems, I can tell you first hand, Charlie has the best ones I've seen.
