Another Front Brake Master Clyinder Recall

There is another front master cylinder brake recall. Got my letter in the mail two days ago. This one is for the reservoir cap diaphragm. The diaphragm contains an additive that affect the brake fluid and cause rubber parts inside the master cylinder to swell. Anyone else receive one of these recalls?

NHTSA Recall #24V769

How the hell can Suzuki Inc. produce a M/C that doesn’t work? How long have they been making motorcycles? Did they outsource the M/C? The OEM oil filter on my Kawasaki says Made in China on it. Maybe outsourcing it is cheaper? I bought my 06 LE new and in 3 months it will be 19 years old with over 83,000 miles. Other than fluid changes I’ve never had a reason to open the M/C as it’s never failed.

Lucky! My clutch MC started leaking out of the rubber piston sleeve yesterday...ordered a kit from BrakeCrafters for after Thanksgiving.

Sorry here But Suzuki suks, for the last 20 years they have been plagued with Brake recalls.
To date the GSXR master cylinders can still be replaced on even bikes as old as 05
