Another year......another problem.....

Neglected to put the battery tender on the bike this off season.....battery died of course. No biggie there. Got a new battery prepped and dropped it in today.....this is where the issues began.

I noticed the fuel pump didn't cycle when I turned the key.....lights and dash came on like normal. Nothing when I hit the start button. First thing I checked was the 'kill' switch and it was in the run position.

Any thoughts on where to start? I did notice my power commander didn't have any lights on with the ignition switch in the on position, wasn't sure if that was normal?

Kickstand safety switch, neutral safety switch. If you can't narrow it down to those, Pull fairings and start disconnecting and reconnecting connectors. If that doesn't work it's time for an expert.

I thought I was in neutral, but I wasn't. Popped her in N and fired right up....now that it is raining it will give me time to come inside and mend my pride, lol.
