anti vibration kit and heli bars,fit?

I would like to try out the anti vibration kit some one sells on this site, but was woundering if it will fit with my heli bars I already have on my bike? I would like to take out some of that harshness my bike has. After riding my wifes FZ1 my busa feels pretty harsh. Any one got this combo on their bike? and what do you think of it?, Thanks.
