I`ve got one here now but I`m waiting on my head...they do look great and with the size difference in the baffle its hard to believe it doesn`t work. I put it on a stock engine and it sounds much deeper and from seat of pants feels OK . I got the chrome stainless can...no one makes a can that slick...

That would be my "crash tested" X-series can.

A lot of gravel and an unfamiliar turn leads to--Yes--lowside. Only plastic damage and the can sleeve.
She will be like new tomorrow.

BTW--Your can order a replacement sleeve from Micron, and they are about to release new colors using s Kevlar material. Gold, blue, green, silver, red, light grey.

I am scheduled for the Dyno on Friday morning using a Superflow 250. Unless my parts do not arrive in time I should still make it.
godsuki (Rob) if you still want to come--Friday is the day.

I didnt want to mention any names.I think you handled the whole thing like A PRO.Bob lowsided, picked the bike up,picked most of the gravel out of it,and continued on for a great day of twisties.Happy that there were no injuries, thats because BOB had the right gear.

Bob glad to hear you are alright! That is one neat thing about micron...they have the parts. I also ordered a sleeve once... Bob what is your opinion on the big can? I think its the way to go....I guess the dyno will tell all....

Thanks guys!

I like the X-series enough to order the replacement sleeve instead of putting the smaller can back on. Looks better, sounds better, and may have a wee more power on top.
I took some photos of my bike yesterday and installed the new front cowling and front fender. my RH fairing will arrive today as well as the Micron Sleeve.
This bike looks strange with no plastic. Alot smaller. I'll post some photos on LABUSAS maybe after she's back to normal.
Maybe the DYNO will tell about the X-series?

I only want to spend a limited on the stand. I want to look at the stacks, airbox mod versus std. and tune with the 5 gas analyzer as well. The can may not get swapped back to stock. We'll see.
