Anyone awake in the U.K. right now?

Need a bit of help. I ordered a gift for my daughter from a company in the UK, but it hasn't arrived yet. The order says sent Royal Mail, but that doesn't really give me much to go on, or the ability to track the package.

Can someone call the store with a local number and ask if they can track the package?
