anyone else jacked by an ebay seller

this a$$ on ebay sold me an item. after one week and no item i emailed him,no response. 3 weeks i emailed again, he said its in the mail. 6 weeks later i called my visa co, they refund me, and I left him negative feedback on ebay. he turns around and has the nerve to leave ME a negative feedback and put in the comments that Ii cry to much! low and behold this guy has like 30+ negatives the last 6 months and ebay still hasnt punished him yet. ive emailed ebay twice and nothing. others have had the same problem, no action from ebay! all im saying is be careful when ebaying!

Ebay needs to work on their system. Bad sellers and scams are going to put them out of business. Glad you didn't lose your money.

I've only bought 4 or 5 things there and have had no problems... it's where I bought my 'Busa. Was it a 'Busa related purchase, the persons name, ect. Please leave the info to help save someone else the same problem.

I have always had a good experience on ebay then I have bought things. The only problem I had was a guy win a item a not pay.

his name is stricklyreal*1 and he is an a$$. he emailed me yesterday and he asked me, " if you havent received the poster yet, why did you give me a negative?" i emailed him back...because its been a month you a$$!
