I'm out of practice these days I get drunk on 13 pints - can't hack it like I used to!

My fav trick when I used to work for a US oil company is take the visiting US patriots to a local pub where they sold draft Bud, after refusing the local brews they settle for a few pints of Bud safe in the knowledge they can drink it.

Well UK Bud is 5% the stuff in the US is more like 2.7% and a pint is a big measure.

needless to say after 4 or 5 they'd fall off the stool - good game!

Guiness doesn't travel well. Trust me!!

You could always try Jack Daniels.....by the pint and pretend its Ruddells..looks the same

makes you sh1t the same and both give you a nasty hang over!!!

We have the watered down Guiness here. I know it is, cuz I've drank(eaten?) REAL Guiness in merry old England. If you don't cut it with Bass or something it's a freaking meal by itself, not to mention unpalatable.
1 pint = 1 drunk.

My birthdays, ever since I was 18, I had all day sessions, starting at 11am, finishing at about 3 am, drink same number of pints of guiness as years. 26th birthday was the last one. My drinking buddy was spewing his guts up all over the place ha ha ha ha. I love the stuff. Don't drink regular enough now. Only have 5 cans a night
