Definately appeared like the guy did not have full control of his bike or at least a plan of action after passing the cop.

Since he passed the cop doing 160 something he might be able to beat the evading in court and just say that he was out testing the limits of his bike and never saw a cop.


However based on the camera footage id rather the guy just pulled over. The roads were clear enough for a quick run so if a better driver was on board id say go for it.

I take it back...the driver looked a little off before he saw the cop but it appears he pulled it together after passing him. Hopefully he got away and without incident.
