Saw an ad in American Motorcyclist for these bars (page 89 if you have the mag) and inquired about them. They are flat, as their name would imply, and use dense foam grips. They are supposed to eliminate up to 70% of the annoying bar buzz most big displacement bikes generate and make riding more comfortable and hand pain-free because your hand is not bearing against the narrow edge of a round grip. Some machining must be done to install them and you basically wind up rendering your stock bars (or whatever's on your bike) useless for use without the Hunter FlatBars. They look nidely made and aren't ugly in cost - $95; $140 heated - but before I modify my HeliBars to accept them, I like some feedback from anyone who knows anything about them. Their web address is www.hunterflatbars.com.
By the way, they won't accept a ThrottleMeister cruise contol but they are compatible with a VistaCruise. Thanks for any info.
