But I'm trying to do it without a trailer harness. Any way I can do it with out using an integrator? Or is that the only way?

I need to integrate a tail light and sigs....but I'm trying to avoid the trailer harness thingamahjiggy.

Any help?

I think you have to use a integrator if you only want to use 2-bulbs TOTAL for the operation.  If you use 4 in the stock light you should be able to do it but you may have trouble fitting it all in there.

Just be careful what type of lights you use because it may cause the blinkers to blink FASTER than stock.  If that happens you have to change a fuse in the light harness somewhere but I am not sure where.  I remember seeing a post years ago about it....

Is there a reason you don't want to use the integrator?  Just curious because I still haven't done this on my 03.  I had it on my 01 just never got around to it on my current bike.  I'm digging the LED brake/blinker system but don't know if it's worth the money considering the $30 integrator option.

Just get the trailer harness, it is only $10-$15 at walmart or any car parts store. Unless you are going to use 4 bulbs. Just remember to put some kind of divider between the 2 bulbs. just my $.02

know one guy that just drilled the back of the brake light bracket and put some smaller turn signal lights in there. Looks good. He used the stock wiring with aftermarket bulbs that would fit in the bracket with everything else.

thanks, fellas. I appreciate it.

I only have two bulbs for this application...two clusters of LED's. Dual filament.

It's part of an undertail, so I dunno if that tail light bracket comes into play. It's my first undertail too, so I gotta figger that one out too.

I guess if it comes down to it, I can attempt the trailer thing. I'm all thumbs with electrical stuff, though. I was thinkin of just wiring the sig light wires to the brake light as well.

Would that work?

I have the Clear Alternatives intigrater in mine , you can see what it looks like at this link http://media.putfile.com/Hayabus....-up-yet

I was in the middle of wiring so only 1 turn was hooked up. Was waiting on my undertail but just been informed itll be another 3 - 4 wheeks untill i get it back

Its the only one i know of that isnt dim and can be seen pretty well. Some people has added some LED's inside their stock housings on the sides but it makes things OFLY cramped and te turns kinda overpower the brake lights for the stock lights. This is by far the easiest way. You can actually pick them up on Ebay kinda cheap sometimes.
