I've noticed that when attempting to eject live rounds they hang up. They are either gettin caught on the extractor or the ejector is not catchin them properly. HAS ANYONE ELSE EVER RUN INTO THIS? Will this be solved by ejecting an empty casing? I haven't shot it yet

its all silver bear. I've looked at different manufacturer rounds tho. The profile of the bottom of all the 7.62x54 rounds all have a concave(outwardly curved) profile. I'm wondering if the ejector is just worn just enough that its not catchin the rim enough to kick it out. Thats doubtful tho cuz the action & barrel are in great shape. I'm gonna go shootin today tho so we'll see if issue is resolved whe ejecting an empty round

if its refurb someone may have over lightened the extractor spring. sometimes with a tight chamber coated steel cases can jam. i cant remember if silver bear is coated or not. might buy a box of brass surplus or new stuff and try them out.

don't know yet I won't till next weekend anyway that's when were sighting them in . Oh and red that was all your fault for your post on this gun before. :beerchug:

well, answered my own question. Kicks out perfect on an empty round. Load of fun to shoot, need more practice sightin in these iron sights
