Hi,
I've recently bought a new-to-me busa. '04 model, yoshi tri-ovals, 4000kms on clock.
I bought a set of frame-sliders to protect the fairing against my own stupidity (dropping it on the drive way, for example). But, now that they're fitted, one of them is higher than the other.
They've been fitted near a bolt on the fairing (closest to rider's knee), one side is about 10mm lower than the other. And, although it may not be related, when I look at the bike from behind one exhaust is raised slightly higher than the other.
As far as I can tell, there's only one place on the frame where these sliders can go. So, to poke out of the fairing at different heights the frame must be bent? Right?
Or, am I just being paranoid?
Any guidance from those more experienced than myself would be appreciated.
Cheers,
Bryan
