Atre....

got the better of me. After reading all I could get my hands on, I fell to the pressure and ordered an atre from JSD. (can't say enough about them, wonderful service) After all, it was only $45....I could order it and if it didn't do anything, I just wouldn't tell anyone I had been so foolish. Ya, that's it....So, let me be the first to say, it was money well spent! After almost three years with my busa, I guess I had just become accustomed to the sometimes ragged, loping bottom end. My experience: smoothed out the lope, no longer sounds like a small block chevy with a high lift cam. In town at lower speeds, way smoother. Since the f**cker bends light already, no detectable change to the full throttle runs. But, (it could be me) it seems to even sound different down low......my overall impression is pretty dang good, for what it's worth, I'm glad I did it!

ill install mine if i do alot of in town riding...it smooths the throttle response a lot....no more jerking

DID YOU SEE MY POST ON THE "everything you wanted to know about the TRE, ATRE, SWITCHABLE TRE etc?

I happen to know the man that makes the ATRE, great guy, extremely far away and makes them by hand.  Ive had one in since 2001 and love it ta death.  What cha need ta know.

It's one of the few you can switch different settings, control individual gear settings on the fly and not affect the neutral map at all and can turn it off on the fly.
