I'm thinkin me clutch plates are stickin together. Either that, or perhaps I didn't bleed the clutch system enough.

I'm hearin some knockin from the engine...seems to be coming from the clutch area. I'm assuming that it's a possibility that the clutch plates could be stuck together.

Ennyhoo...I was wondering: If I were to take off the clutch cover and try to get 'um unstuck, how complicated would that be? Would springs and pins be flying out and gettin lost? Would it be berry complicated?

Please advise.

no its not real bad....just keep your hand tight against the ratcher/air gun when takin off the bolts with springs....they are only about 1/16-1/8 fully compressed so not bad at all.....And be careful they strip and break very easily

Aah crap....

More "gentle" stuff. Not an easy feat for someone with gorilla hands like me.

I'll keep this in mind. Tanks, man.

yeah you gotta be "very" gentle putting the springs back in..........they bolts are like butter.....don't ask how i know.....But if you do happen to break one...no worries only about 5- 10 bucks for replacement.

I just sent you a file via email for the clutch removal, Paul. Its too big for uploading.

got it, pimpin...thanks!
