Avoid NT-Fairing.com

I'm not starting up anything. Just warning you guys to avoid that company. What I received in the mail was an insult.

I can't believe someone looked at the fingerprints under the clear, the thin paint on edges, NO PAINT on some edges, chips on various fairings...blemishes that only happen to careless painters in a rush, and decided, "OK. Ship that to the customer."

I'm not painting myself as a victim. Just letting you guys know that if you dislike disappointment, aggravation, anxiety, or any type of gambling with your hard-earned money, do not buy from NT-Fairing.com despite their perfect eBay feedback.

I bought straight from their website and chatting with that guy was like trying to get water from a rock. I just want a refund. I should
not have to beg, and I have never experienced this in my four decades in this earth.

I'm not a super picky guy, but man, imagine that the first fairing you pull out is already an atrocity of dirt under the surface, thin paint, grainy clearcoat, flaking paint due to lack of adhesion additives, etc.

I have experience with paintjobs, enough to know this was a careless rushjob by someone with no pride in their work.

Imagine every fairing giving you more and more surprises. They didn't even want to acknowledge the problem. Dude asked if I was willing to receive a partial refund and keep the product.

Like, "Take this money, shut the hell up and go away." No attempt to fix the problem at all. No care about a returning customer or word-of-mouth business due to a happy customer.

All I wanted was to change my bike's appearance. I've bought random eBay fairings that came painted like OEM quality, like a robot paintjob. Hey, at least these fairings themselves were made by NZMT.

All I gotta do is spend more on paint and materials than what the whole set cost just so my already busy friend can paint them in a year or two after he finishes my ZX-10R he's already had for a year and hasn't done much to it. :(

That's the tank cover. That green is gonna show.

I feel your pain
A friend and I have both been there...
It sucks, right? It's a sucky multi-feeling! :( My first fairing kit purchase was from eBay back in 2010. Due to the low price, I wasn't expecting a blown mind.

What I received was unexpected e-mail after e-mail of constant updates from the seller ensuring the fairings looked acceptable to me before shipping them.

The finish looked OEM. It was impressive. I still think about it sometimes, ha-ha!

Welp, i pretty much had a lot of the same experience with them. I did a well documented build her on the org. Just be glad you don't have to try to put the stuff together. Fitment is a nightmare. my builder spent hours trying to get it to look good and gave up. I spent hours and hours with a heat gun to make mine fit. They never really did too well.

So did you get them to issue a refund or were you forced to settle for a partial refund and keep the product? I'd make sure they completely refund your money before I returned the product otherwise you may not get your money back and you won't have the fairing either.
