Was giving the bike a pre-ride cleaning and inspection and noticed something odd on my rear tire.....see pic. I know they are dual compound and not surprised to be able to see different compounds but you can actually feel the transition with your finger.

By the way got a touch over 3k of 2up on these and still love them.

I just installed those as well and love them. Since they went on on July 3, I have put almost 9,000 k on them. My first move away from Bridgestones. And I wont hesitate to get another set.
