That is sad day when you have to make a law to tell people it is WRONG to have s#x with animals.
Next thing you know they will make a law saying you have to brush your teeth every morning.
Sometimes, I think the "Wild West" had it right. Your hung or shot for anything you did wrong. Weeds out a lot of stupidity. Makes for a better gene pool!!!
This of course does NOT include racism and other such atrocities which happened during this period. We know better, I hope, about those ideals. I thought I would include this disclaimer. Don't want anyone to think I believe everything done in the "Wild West" was right.

You are right about the wild west. The only trouble now days is you would be using a machine gun to take care of all of the wrong.

Honestly, I can't stop laughing at this.
My sides hurt, since I first read it.
Now what about consenting animals?
How are they going to determine that in the law?
And then how exactly do they determine goat rape?
What if the rapist says the goat was walking in a provocative manner?
What if Baaahhh really means sure!
I especially like the quote by the one Senator about animal husbandry "are people making these animals their husbands?".
What about a prenuptial agreement?, and was the marriage consummated?

I REALLY can not believe that they have to put this down as law. Do they really have a huge problem with this?
