I detailed the bike yesterday. I even cleaned the chain and re-lubed it. It looked so purdy. Even my helmet was sparkling last night. Of course, I'm looking out the window right now and it's pouring. My bike is outside in the parking lot. It's going to be a wet ride home. Lame. I was hoping on having it sparkle for at least a few days.

No worries. I ride rain or shine. I'm just bummed about the detail job. It would be nice to have some tread on that back tire though... I have a tire and wheel coming from GoldenChild this week. He hooked me right up!

I feel your pain...it's almost like a conspiracy sometimes. Like Mother Nature has it out for you. The shiny part of this turd is that you get to spend more time with the bike polishing, lubing, and cleaning it.
