Bar risers

I am considering fitting bar risers to my 08 Busa. Anyone tried them (i.e. the Genmar ones or others)? The sites on the net that sell them don't say if they fit the new model. I also think the old model had silver coloured top yoke (triple trees) so do they come in black for the new model? I emailed a Genmar supplier a while back but got no reply. Have emailed another one today.

Hi Mark,
We are currently in the works on our 08 busa risers.  They will be slightly different than the earlier model.  We will offer them in black and you can order directly through us.  We do ship to the UK daily.  You might check back with us in the next two weeks.

I think that means the old ones don't fit the new model. Did order some from Woody's in the UK - so trying to cancel the order.

I know for a fact that the reaper risers or the ones similar WILL work.. I sent a pair to a board member on the honor system, if they work pay me if they don't send them back..
He should be posting up pics in the near future with the results..
