Nice to deal with a good company.
Bought a new battery and charger direct from the manufacturer three months ago, had to add the acid from their neat separate container charged and back in business. (Bike sits a lot)
So this morning I walk past the bike and the charger light is off. We had a nice lightning strike yesterday, also lost my elctronic doggy fence transmitter. Battey charger is dead as a doornail.
Call the manufacturer this morning, she asks my last name, my address, zip code and says: "OK sir, I gotcha, please discard the old one, a new one will be in the mail today".
