Bent header bolts?

Getting ready to put my full Yosh system on. This guy had bent header bolts on his new gen 3, and I am wondering how common this is. I'm aware it occasionally happened on the Gen 2s.
AT2 install
I guess I need to order new bolts to be on the safe side.
- I researched this but then lost the research and don't trust my memory. Does the Yosh system need new crush gaskets? My memory is that it's not designed to use Crush gaskets. So pull the old ones and don't bother replacing them, yes?
- I'm also planning on using copper anti seize, but I have read that you need to reduce the torque a good amount (20% or more) if you use this. I can see how, if you are close to the limit on stripping the threads in an aluminum block, the lubricant would make it easier to strip the threads, so I am unsure whether to follow this recommendation or not. Any advice welcome.

Yoshimura install doc says remove the crush washers, I called them them about that. They said not to use them, I took them out. Couple of the bolts I took out were slightly bent, I reused them to get the exhaust installed, but did order replacements. I didnt used use any seize, hopefully i wont be removing the pipes anyway.
