Best Internet Parts Vendors

Sorry if this has been asked too many times. I'm supposed to be taking delivery of my new busa next week. I'll be looking for a ZG Double Bubble and Helibars immediately. Now I'm not getting any deal at all from the bike shop, so I have no loyalty there. Not looking for the absolute lowest price, but I'd like to know what online vendors have proven themselves as fast and reliable with reasonably competitive prices.

Any recommendations? Anyone I should stay away from based on bad experience (email me if you don't want to flame them online!).

Thanks,
Brad

Sub total for this order is:US$79.95
Shipping & Handling Charge:US$ 9.00
Total price for this order is:US$88.95
I ordered it Wed, 10 Nov 2004 and got it Wed, Nov 18 2004
I had NO problems with them. I would order from them in the future

I also ordered a Scorpio Alarm from:

A day or two afterwards, they called me and told me that they didn't have it in stock, so they gave me the option of either having them order it and waiting a lot longer, or just buying it from somewhere else. I just bought it from another place, but noticed that kneedraggers.com was a good place with good service. They also had different shipping options (If they would have had the alarm in stock, it would have taken about 3 days to get to me with 2nd day shipping).

and finally, I just bought a Smart TRE from:
http://www.schnitzracing.com/
Everything seems to have gone smoothly, but I don't know for sure because I just ordered it a few hours ago. I have the feeling they are also a good online store, but again, I don't know for sure yet.

Hope this helps, for it is the only online stores that I've used so far.

I've bought from all three of the ones Busaman mentioned and had good experiences with all of them as well. However, I'd check with Veltune or CSC before goin' to non site supporters. Tom at Veltune is awesome. He's the perfect example of what a business owner should be. Just a top notch individual in general!

Custom Sportbike Concepts also knows how to treat their customers. I ordered a UFO undertail from them and got nothin' less than excellent service.

The upside to goin' to these two businesses is the fact that you are rewarding them for supporting this site through sponsorships. Basically they're helpin' make it possible for you to come here and get this feedback.

So yeah, check 'em out and see if either can get ya what you want. I forgot to mention that they've both always been competitively priced on stuff I've bought from 'em or inquired about as well.

www.ronayers.com OEM parts, cheaper than local dealer, slow
www.oneidasuzuki.com OEM parts, cheapest, slow, limited hours
www.tonker.com best price on many non Suzuki accessories
www.newenough.com riding apparel, cheap, fast service easy return/exchange
www.hardracing.com exhausts, brake components
www.targa-accessories.com extensive variety

my bad experience:

www.casporttouring.com good prices, unsatisfactory return policy, said "wait for us to email RA number" which was never emailed after repeated requests. They sell Helibar, it's shipped directly from manufacturer in Maine.

eBay:

ebay deals can be hit or miss, mostly positve, there are some
bad ones too

There' a guy on eBay selling ZG seconds, factory rejects for about $35, about half of new price, haven't bought fom him myself.

All good sites listed so far.

I've found Ronayers to be very quick for how things are handled. I got my large order in about a week from them and saved at least $300 over my Suzuki dealer.

www.denniskirk.com is very good. I've ordered parts for my bikes and snowmobile from them many times, prices are unbeatable, shipping is cheap and delivery time is 2 days in my area.

Someone mentioned www.newenough.com
I just placed my first order with them on Friday. Prices seem too good to be true but I've never heard any complaints about them.

I ordered this jacket which I think will match my blue/silver busa pretty good (along with a pair of matching Teknic Chicane Gloves) :

Not bad for $69 bucks.

Someone mentioned www.kneedragers.com
Here's the same Diablo jacket:

At $226 they didn't qualify for my bookmarks

Newenough will also donate $1 per order to your favorite web forum. I was disappointed that this site was not on their list?
