best place to stay?

i'm sure it has been stated somewhere on here, but i got tired of searching. so, what are some of the best places to stay at/near deals gap? looking for a motel or cabin that several people can stay at. also should probably have some "night life" near by. i don't need clubs or anything, but a small place to have a beer might be nice. as you can probably tell, i haven't been yet and am thinking about a spring trip. thanks.

out at the gap unless you stay somewhere further away you are not going to find a night life. Its a dry county so no booze is sold that I know of until you get further away.

Staying at the phillips motel in robbinsville, they have cabins/cottages that sleep 4 people or so.

good to know about the dry county. i don't particularly care about the night life aspect, but the wife likes to get out a bit when we are away. i can sit around a fire and have a few beers and be very content.
i don't need to be right at the gap, but i don't want to be more than say 45min-hour away.
