best type of sliders?.?.?.

want to get me a set just not sure which to get, also i have seen a few that are 5 inches and some that are 3 inches. which ones do you guys have and what do you recommend?

I use the lockhart phillups carbon ones. brought'em from ridegear through the .org site. I've been happy with them. just my .02

Lockhart Phillips, Vortex, Delrin are the popular choices. You will find lots of opinions if you do a search for 'frame sliders'. I also have the LP CF sliders.

Get the longer ones. The short ones will not fully protect your fairing in a tip over.

i made mine out of titanium and they stick out 3.5-4 inches and i wish i would have made them a bit longer because when i lean it over on the ground part of my fairings hit but not too bad,i'd get the 5s.

The longer the better, saved my bike big time.
