I know there are probably many, but you can only choose one as the one you couldn't live without.

It happened to me today. My 05 black and silver hit the pavement today. Somehow while I was inside for lunch...it rolled off its kickstand. I heard it hit and when I went outside, my worst fear was confirmed. I immediatley called the insurance company and they came out and appraised it. 1900...

No, i realized it should have been in the general section right after i posted it, but I couldn't move it, nor could i delete it.

That's one of the issues of having generational specific threads...to me a Hayabusa is a Hayabusa regardless of what year it was made..//rant off//

That being said, I can't pick one as all the mods to my bike work together....from a stock gen 2, I have better brakes, better suspension, less weight, better wind protection, a quick shifter, better tuned and flashed and more comfort.....

......so in essence a better version of itself.

However the best mod I've made to my bike was buying it and making it mine.

I hadn't heard of that one so I looked it up. Exceptional unit, competing directly with the Uniden R7. I think either of those combined with the Adaptiv laser jammer for motorcycles would be THE combination that lets your license sleep well at night

The gen 3 is no different than any other Hayabusa when it comes to modifying-it's just a matter of what you as the owner sees the vision of your bike becoming.

Sometimes people get hung up on power numbers and lose perspective of what a great platform the bike is in any generation.

You can’t just make one mod though because like anything, it’s about personalizing it to make it your own for YOUR needs.

The best mod i have done to any of my bikes even both my Busa's is fit lower rider foot pegs. They make riding a sport-ish type bike so much better.

05 Busa 1300 miles. ECU flash to remove restrictions and then -1 Front sprocket and speedo healer.

Adding the rear cowl that should have come with the bike. IMO, visual mods are the most recognizable/personal and no SINGLE mod does more to improve the looks than adding the cowl.
