The show has something bland and undersalted about it but I seem to keep going back for more. Who'd of thought that Bill Paxton would end up on premium TV playing a polygamist living in suburban USA? I love the voyeuristic nature of it all with the view into the lives of various Mormon factions in and around Utah. It is like Weeds with a very matter of fact unapologetic take on what it is to carry three households, three women and three families while attempting to live in secrecy.

Pretty hilarious if you ask me..

I liked the show - haven't seen it in about a year... it was interesting to see how he was dealing with the typical problems of a marriage - and then all the issues with the inlaws and neighborhood privacy; finances, etc... except x3+...

No HBO at the house right now. I had seen advertisements; guess it was last year when I had 6000 channels including HBO HBOW HBOF HBOL HBOA, etc.

I've never thought much of Bill Paxton, it may have just been his roles....

I like the show. I don't know when the new season starts though but my DVR is set to record it.

As a formal Mormon I do see some reality in the lifestyle they portray on the show. Even though the whole multiple wife thing isn't practiced by the church any more. They have the dress and attitude down very well from what I can remember.
