WHO IS MAKING THE PISTON KITS ?. HOW MANY MILLIMETERS OVER ?.WHO IS RE-PLATING THE CYLINDERS.ARE THE STOCK CON RODS BEING USED OR THE CARILLO'S.I AM JUST TRYING TO GATHER AS MUCH INFO AS POSSIBLE BEFORE I TEAR INTO THE ENGINE SOON AS OUR RIDING SEASON IS OVER.ANY INFO WOULD BE HELPFUL,THANKS
yes i have head and cam work done as well as a piston kit. the compression is high and I am using pump gas. that is where the rest of my hp is coming from when i dial in my cams.

I think he is working on a 1426cc system. I have talked to TTS on the phone and England To here might not be worth the effort.
you can have a speed shop make them out of weisco or J&E or any other blank piston you want. There are also several shop that do the renicisel on the blocks. I am using stock rods and weisco pistons. I also know a guy who is using stock rods and J&E pistons. So it all boils down to what you really want in your bike and from who ever you want it from. right now i am making 202.5hp and 118 ft. lbs of torque.
turbo 1300 did you have a problem with the starter gears? A close friend if mine ownes a gear shop(machine shop that makes gears)he has offered a look at this if you need special gears. Differant ratio and/or material change?
cams are from web and i had to order new gears so i would be very interested in talking to your close friend about the gears and thanks you guys for helping me!
