Got a 05 buse, i have RS3 race cans on it and a PC111r on it. from time to time it will just die. somtimes when its just warming up and even when iam riding at a low speed it just turns off. got any ideas.

Check your idle adjustment. Sometimes it will vibrate and be too low to maintain the engine.

Just adjust your idle, if you want, relocate the air intake temp sensor.

Is it dying when the RPMs are above 1200?

Definitely too low of an idle, bump it up to that 1250 manufacturer recommendation. Sometimes we think we know better, but we really don't.

It sounds like the idle speed is too low. Set it to 1100-1200, if that doesn't take care of it....then disconnect the PC and reconnect the stock wiring. Good luck

Last time out riding my bike, seems like forever, I also noticed this happening. Think I may go ahead and do this too.

do you have to turn the key off then back on before it starts? my old 600rr did this to me. i would ride a long just fine and when i stop and idle or just take off, it would die. it wouldnt restart unless you turned the key off or hit the kill switch, then turned it back on. i tried everything and no luck. finally i removed my pcIIIusb (not as easy to get to as a busa). that solved my problem. i called dynojet and they told me to sent it in. about a week later a new one showed up and it never happened again.
