Running 3 back to back runs is not good. Not an excuse for overheating but not reccomended procedure. Your clutch is gonna tell on ya. It's already blued the plates which tells the mechanic what you've been doing. they aren't going to warranty the clutch plates anyway as they are considered a maintenence item. No need to go through the lieing to the dealershi drama for no good reason.
I would reccomend a Muzzy fan and another fill of fluids. You don't need to throw the engine Ice away. Just drain it and fill it up again being sure to pour slowly and burp often. Keep in mind that the engine Ice's job is to absorb a greater amount of heat in order to cool the engine. If the radiator doesn't cool the fluid down quickly enough you're gonna continue to overheat. You may need to put two fans on it if this is how you are going to use your Busa.

I think he is right.

i dont usally run 3 back to back runs all the time , was sloe at the track that day.
so you are saying just be upfront with the dealership and see whats wrong. and by going so i void my warranty. i knew they would not warranty on the clutch,BUT my bike should not over heat like that.
when i ride it down the road it runs half way<normal>like when i go to the gap i can ride all day doesnt overheat, but everytime i take it to the drag races it wants to over heat

If it is happening only at the dragstrip, and it is there where you lost your clutch, I would think that a defective clutch system is the cause. Excessive friction for an extended time (3 races one after the other) could compliment the problem.
Again, only if it does not happen during "normal" driving. If you tell the dealership that it runs hot, they may not be able to duplicate the problem (if it only happens at the track). I would just take it for the clutch repair and not mention anything about the temperature.
my $0.02
