Bike Stand

Need some help guys. I want to get a stand so i can start doing my own oil changes, cleanings, ect...So what is the best stand for a busa ???

What kind do you have? with or with out the spools??

I have vortex stands front and rear. I have used other stands and these are by far my favorite.

Definately go for the spools. They reduce the risk of it dropping by alot!

Just got a pitbull today... Very well built, but havent had time to try it out yet.

Also have Pitbulls for front and rear,extremely well built(then i got a ProCycle lift so i wouldn't have to flop down on the floor anymore).

What do you recommend for the front to lift? Triple tree? Fork bottom? If it makes a difference I think the front is lowered.

Fork bottom stands are fine until you have to remove the front tire for something. Still do-able with them, just not nearly as easy/secure-feeling as the Triple tree lift.

Side note, I see you are in Mason City. My parents live in Whittemore, just outside of Algona..

I like the fork bottom also, If it is lowered that will be the easiest to use.
