Bike won’t over 7500rpm

Have a Hayabusa Bike not going over 7500 rpm in 2nd and 3rd saw that the fuel pump is common problem so I replaced it but I’m still have the same issue

It’s 2013 I’m the second owner bought bike in June of 2021 just a bunch maintenance this past Saturday front and rear sprocket new chain, spark plugs, oil change and sprint filter and gixxer 1000 velocity stacks and has brocks penta carbon full exhaust

No even before I did all the maintenance I was still have the same issue

Assuming you got the bike this way,
I wonder if someone incorrectly set a rev limiter in the ecu, or if their is/was any aftermarket electronics on the bike?

Jump out the kickstand switch. When it starts to fail it acts like a rev limiter. I had the problem with my Gen 1 Hayabusa.

Is there a fuel filter or screen on the 2013 fuel pump?
I know you already replaced the fuel pump, that was my first thought also.

Yeah the old pump had a screen on it the new pump screen was to big

Are the secondary butterflies opening? Have the injectors been cleaned?
