Unfortunately, you are. The big difference with alcohol is that it slows your reflexes, not just makes you stupid. And its illegal.

There are no laws, at least not yet, against driving while stupid.

So by having slowed reflexes it will take a little longer to do something that endangers others? :;-):

As for be illegal, I have no statistics to back my next statement... but, I would venture to say that the very individuals to which we are discussing do not have the proper licensing and insurance.
These are the same individuals that run from the Police and perform stunts and drag race in in appropriate times and locations.

With that, I say that are in fact "illegal" and I still stand behing my previous statement that natural stupidity is every bit as dangerous to others as alcohol induced stupidity.

Fact of life... young men have more balls than brains.
This has always been the case, and it is not likely that it will ever change.

Just served 14 weeks on the Grand Jury out here and we discussed the issue that there should be a Law against Stupidity. There are some individuals out there that are just to stupid to be part of society.
