First run back down on second day there. At six minute mark PhilBilly80/Phil and BusaWhipped/Dennis come into view. At eleven minute mark Dennis moves over and follows me rest of the way down. Great times

This is BusaWhipped's view of it as he let me go by.

Earlybird/Tim behind me on another run...

Where did you find those cool light bending mirrors you have there~?~

Heres another video shot from Earlybirds dash with my gopro as he's following me..
First day , second run...

I see a turn signal in that picture blanca on the bike behind you!

Glad you have fun Saiid. Looks like a good time. Hopefully next spring bash will have the same or better turn out when I can go.

The camera caught Tims switchback led and makes it look like its flashing.

Very cool Blanca, you should have one of those proofs blown up into a poster. Do a search for short run posters, laminated they are like 5 bucks and make great art deco in the living room. :beerchug:

I plan on getting one of me the size of our ceiling so I can see it when I'm lying in bed :)
There's lots of good pics of me as well as you and your wife.

Russ I did really enjoy riding it the whole time. By the sixth day I was beginning to feel like a real biker :)
It was a great trip and total miles was just under 1900. 800 up and 800 or so back with about 2-300 riding around up there. It inspired great confidence in me in my bike and I now would not hesitate to hop on and ride it anywhere. What's the weather like in Wyoming now :)

Boo, you are doing a pretty good job for a flatlander buddy! Being from Florida where a midget can stand flat footed and see over the tallest mountain, you don't get much practice on the twisties.

Two things I'd have you work on would be line choice and foot position as starters. Line choice is extremely important in a place such as the dragon where line of sight is often limited. Watch your video where Early Bird followed you with the camera. Watch where Tim's lines were compared to yours.

You need to get your feet back on the pegs so the peg is resting on the balls of your feet. This it the first step of body positioning. Get yourself into a habit of proper foot position everytime you ride, then you can work on lean angle and body position!

I'm glad you made the trip and had a good time!

Enjoyed meeting you Saiis, rooming with you, and riding with and around you! :beerchug: Even with my switch backs cycling like turn signals!

That is all baloney! What do you know
To explain. Yes Tim and I were talking about the lines when we were watching this in the room up there. Easy to see where he and is and supposed to be compared to me.
On the foot thing. The first video posted is from second day there which was actually my fourth day straight on the bike. In that video you can see my angle and speed is much better than the video of Tim following me. The video of Tim following me was first day on dragon but third day straight and my legs were killing me. Everytime I tried to bring my feet back and in it hurt in the top of my knees something fierce. You can see I'm basically stuck on the bike not moving cuz I was so sore. Second day my body was coming back a bit and I listened to Tim and could feel myself flowing and doing much better. Still no pro but I could feel the diff all the way around.

Tuf here's a pic from the second day I was there. I was feeling much better and more confident on the road itself.
