Block off Plates

I'm about to install a Yosh high exit. I need info on how to make my own block off plates for the pair.

Regards to the cam change anyone had problems with changing the exhaust cam for the intake one?? I had Jeff W do mine this weekend and picking it up today I am making 170rwh before he degreed the cams in.. any advice is welcome Thanks
