BMC Air Filter

I've heard the BMC air filter is better than the K&N. Yosh Tech guys say the BMC gives the Busa about 2 HP gain (apparently from dyno testing). Another Yosh tech said that the K&N losses HP -- don't know about that, so I alway take these tech wienies with a grain of salt.

I'm not familiar with the BMC filter, but I heard its basically constructed like a K&N. Can you clean it with a K&N cleaning kit and use K&N oil on it, or does it have its own special juice?

Same as a K@N. They will make about 2hp across the board over a stock filter. I have seen dyno testing.

Does the BMC require its own cleaning solution and oil, or can K&N products be used on it?

Like RPM said, treat it just like a K&N, same oil and cleaner.
