My search is over--its missing in action.
I was orginally looking for this due to a miss or hicup i was having.
The TPS adjustment and T.B, synch was done according to the update maunual from Suzuki. basically same as original manual except you set the dash so its in the middle of the LCD display until 2000 rpm, At 2000 it should move to the top.
The bike is definitely sensitive to the TPS adjustment.
But, my problem was a stupid one. Turns out the cause of the problem was switching to 80W-90W gesar lube on my chain weekly.
Although I tried to wipe up the free oil as best I could. It flung oil onto the crank position sensor connector, and voltage generator wire connector. I know this seems ridiculous, but DynoJet did say that power commander was very sensitive to voltage, and the crank position sensor voltage is low to begin with (0.5 volts). The oil must have caused poor contact and / or resistence. Once i sprayed electronic contact cleaner on the connectors and blew them dry with compressed air--problem gone. The connectors are located below the gas tank on the left side of the bike and were facing down toward the front of the chain. Chain wax is OK for me now.
