bolt on and pair valve

If I just want to put a pair of Yoshi bolt-ons on, do I need to have the pair valve mod done?

appreciate the responses guys.

I guess im looking to weigh the cost/benifeit of the mod.  I am the least mechanical person God ever put on this earth so I would have to pay a technician to do the mod for me...If you had to pay for it, would you have it done?

I put a pair of Yoshi bolt-ons on my bike and had to do the pair valve... Easy mod. I have no mechanical experience and got it done... Good luck
